I took a form with Delores Custer in 2009 at about the fourth dimension this book was published. Finally got a copy. Information technology was an amazing experience to piece of work with her and I was hoping the book would live upwardly to the lady. It does. What a brilliant volume. She explains the theory behind making food look great for the camera'south lens and leaves no topic uncovered. Delores includes the history of food styling equally well as her techniques. If there was a ever a m matriarch of nutrient styling that person is Delores Custer. Her volume should exist on everyone'due south shelf who is into food photography, nutrient styling and even prepare design, props, etc. She creates fine art in my opinion and this volume tells y'all how and why. And the volume is BIG and wonderfully packaged for the ravages of research and even maybe on the job reference. Big and thick, congenital to take a chirapsia with a transparent plastic cover. Marvelous. Well worth the coin.
